GET INVOLVED

We are always on the look-out for compassionate, likeminded souls to join us on our mission, and there are plenty of ways for you to get involved:

• • • If you live locally and are comfortable handling dogs, you could help us care for our rescued animals at our rehab centre. From assisting with feeding and bathing, to helping dress wounds and taking dogs for walks, there will always be something to keep you busy!
    • Donate used items such as towels, blankets and bedsheets to help us keep sick animals warm and comfortable.
    • Make a monetary contribution – rescuing and rehabilitating sick and injured animals doesn’t come cheap, and while we use as much of our own funds as possible to carry out our work, we are always grateful for contributions towards food, medicines and the cost of transporting animals to and from veterinary clinics.
    • Sponsor an animal by paying a fixed amount each month to cover the cost of their care. Each rescued animal typically costs a minimum of INR 2,500 per month to feed and care for, and you can choose to sponsor a dog as a one-off, or make a regular contribution.
    • Sponsor meals by donating towards the cost of feeding an animal for a day, week, or month, on a regular or one-off basis. It costs around INR 1,000 to feed one dog for one month, while INR 250 will feed one dog for a week.
    • Donate food – our animals eat a mixture of Chappi dry food and rice, and we always welcome food donations.
    • Can’t help physically or financially? Why not set up fund raising campaigns on our behalf, or petition local governments to do more for the welfare of strays in Coimbatore.
